British Rowing Session Coach course

Places are still available on the BR Session Coach course to be held at West Norfolk RC, Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th July and Sunday 4th August, 0900-1700 daily. Beach Sprint Training

Mersea Island RC are offering an opportunity to learn the skills needed for Beach sprints on February 22nd and potentially the 23rd.  Sessions will last for 2 hours and will cover slalom and 180 turns and, if conditions permit, how to catch a wave.  There will be a chance to try at least 2 different boat types.
