New FREE entry level coaching courses announced
As part of their Coaching Week, British Rowing are offering a number of dates for free entry level coaching courses for both clubs and universities.
The Club Coaching Assistant provides more entry levels for you to get involved in supporting rowing activities at your clubs. By providing more ways to get involved, the aim is to create a welcoming environment for newcomers and encourage them to participate for longer and to see rowing as a lifelong sport. This training is being offered FREE for a limited time!

The University Coaching Assistant provides more entry levels for you to get involved in supporting rowing activities at your university clubs. The University Coaching Assistant training came about as a result of university rowing clubs identifying that despite a lot of people delivering activity in university clubs, there needed to be a more effective way of succession planning between year groups to ensure that there were enough students with some training in delivering activity year on year. This training is being offered FREE for a limited time!

I signed up for the club assistant coaching session on 5/11/22 and received confirmation, but wasn’t sent joining instructions.
I am really keen to take this course, and would be grateful if possible to attend on another dates.
