British Rowing have published a new online training resource “Introduction to Safeguarding”
This course is for all those whose training needs a refresher and for members of BR who come into contact with children or adults at risk but do not have “substantial, unsupervised access to children”
The course can be accessed by logging on to RowHow, choose Online Learning from the dashboard and scroll down to Introduction to Safeguarding.
On successful completion of all the modules a Certificate is awarded which can be downloaded and used to validate credentials for volunteering in club and event settings.
