Coaches Needed…
Isle of Ely RC have been working in partnership with Ely College for the past 3 years to provide students the opportunity to engage with 4-week taster sessions in water-based rowing.
With the support of a bursary from the Gemini Boat Race Scheme they now have the funding to engage both a Lead Coach and 2 Assistant Coaches to take the project to the next level.
These are exciting 1-year opportunities for enthusiastic and committed coaches at various stages in their careers.
