Beach Sprint Training

Mersea Island RC are offering an opportunity to learn the skills needed for Beach sprints on February 22nd and potentially the 23rd.  Sessions will last for 2 hours and will cover slalom and 180 turns and, if conditions permit, how to catch a wave.  There will be a chance to try at least 2 different boat types.
